Stress

Stress is overwhelming

Everyone deals with stress once or another in their lifetime. Some people don't take it as hard and some do take it hard, which can cause even MORE stress on the person. Even I get stressed out. I'm 18 years of age but have been paying my own phone bill and car insurance since I was 16 years old, along with my gas, oil, school supplies, vehicles, etc. I have a step-brother who is now turning 17 and still doesn't have to pay for his own things. Which really irritates me being as his mother doesn't have a job and my dad does. So shouldn't he be the one with a job paying for his own things just like I am? I think that would make it a whole lot easier on our family. A lot less stress too. I stress almost everyday about school, wondering if I'll graduate and make it to college or not. I graduate from school in 5 months and start college in about 8 months. Everything is just happening too fast. There is a way of calming myself down though...

Usually when I'm stressing out about something I'll go drive around and listen to my stereo. It gets my mind off of almost everything I've been stressed about. Another thing I do is cry, depending on how far my stress level has gotten, that is. Crying always feels good to me. Anyways, there's always a way of dealing with stress, reading, walking, crying, sewing, painting, etc. Plenty of different ways of coping with stress. You just have to find the most comfortable one for you!

  1. I'm a crier too. You will definitely graduate high school! You can do/be anything that you want if you are willing to work hard.
